Stress and Anxiety

Everyone has a different technic to cope with stress and anxiety.I usually listen to some relaxing music such as classical of blues. What do you do when you get stressed?

It depends on where I am when I experience it. If I'm in the office, I just squeeze my stress ball and a 'lil surf on the internet to forget my work stress. If i'm at home, I sleep or eat or watch movies or play pc games. If I'm in public, i would hag out with my friends, go to malls, watch movies, play arcade. Or simply do something crazy but not shameful.

I eat chocolate, exercise. I don't listen to radio, sometimes some song will just play and boom! i found my self crying because the song is describing my situation.

I usually eat fruits and veggies to loosen up. Pampering myself with some stuffs like going to the spa, watching T.V. series and movies. I usually think of happy thoughts that would relax my mind. I also go to the church and pray.

Before, I just stay to my room and listening to a relaxing music. But now that I have a Friend who is good in different kind of sports. We do a work out such us playing lawn tennis, badminton and jogging as well through this sports I can cope up with my stress.

to cope up with stress and anxiety, i usually take time for my self to rest and get some sleep. i also listen to musics. i read some books and watch movies. i go out for a walk. i do any thing that may help me reduce my stress and anxiety, i even cry sometimes.

For me, I would cope with stress through eating my comfort foods like chocolates it really helps me a lot. Sometime I go out for hiking or nature walk in the park to be relax and calm. I also visit my friend's house to have a good chat, watch movie together and eat homemade snacks. I tend to sleep a lot whenever I'm stress.

If I am stressed, I listen to music. I go out with friends/ relatives, go to the mall, go to the park, have some food trip. I also share stories and jokes to them. This way, I can somewhat forget about stress and be relaxed and happy for the whole day. Sometimes, sleeping also help me cope up with stress and anxiety, but I often do this because I also often dream of them many times. When I have time, I call my friends/ relatives to have some fun. We do some "karaoke" at home and eat fruits and junk foods. Lastly, before sleeping, I always pray, because it helps a lot for me.

Everyone has stress in their lives, whether from self-imposed situations or events that are out of your control. No matter what the source of your stress, you need to learn how to cope up with it in order to keep yourself healthy, physically and emotionally. For me, when i am stress i just listen to music and and sing a song i want.

When stressed I go out and have some fun. I call my friends and chat with each other. Visiting my cousins also helps in relieving my stress because i get to discuss to them why am being stressed. I also plan some hiking and have my friends invited or so. Diverting stress into something fun is helpful. It does not only help you in relieving stress but it also helps you in living a healthy life.

I also listen to light music. I also enjoy movies especially comedy but not heavy drama. I go to arcades to play or playing computer games. I also enjoy going to parks and go sightseeing or sometimes to the mall to have some window shopping. I also enjoy reading comics in the net. This are just a few activities I do to make myself happy and content.

It's funny that we have something in common. Like you I also listen to music when I feel that stress is starting to eat me. Pop music makes me feel better. And also I eat chocolates when I am under pressure, it really helps a lot. It is proven that chocolates can help released the stress hormones in our body.

When I get stressed, I usually watch movies with or without companion. It helps me to forget problems on my mind. I also eat lot of foods and chocolates because in that way it relieves some of my stress. I also usually listen to some relaxing music.

Stress and anxiety is not good especially when you feel it from time to time. To cope up with it, we need to find out what will make us feel better or relaxed. We can go out with friends, watch movies, sleep or eat. Just make sure to eat a balanced nutritional meal and to exercise too. These activities would at least help us relieve stress or anxiety.

I'd talk to someone whom I know he/she had gone though different situations and ask them on how they became successful person...I prefer to be alone and get some fresh air...sometimes walking alone...:=)

Yes, I agree of what you've said. Stress and anxiety can be cope up different techniques. For me, when coping stress, I'll rather listen then to christian musics because it can relieve my stress by doing listening to it.. Aside from that is playing musical instruments and sing my favorite christian songs, then after which I call the attention of my churchmate to join me singing. Also when I feel stress I play computer games, then open up my facebook account see if there is a new and have something to chat with. But the best way to cope with is to pray to God and surrender all my worries to him and thank him at all times.

Me? When I'm really stressed and I think I'm about to cry, I just sleep. Sleeping helps lessen our stress. Sometimes when we already wake up, we still remember the things that stresses us. I listen to musics, party musics, and dance to the rhythms of the song. Eating is also a technique but make sure that you'll not get too heavy because you may regret it if it happens. Do things that you will enjoy it.

There are many ways to cope with stress. For me I go to gym to do exercise. Besides, I go to the sea where I can relax without thinking any problem. It is also good to sleep much. I think watching comedy programs is also good to release your stress .

I work out. Whenever I feel bad, I go to gym and lift weights :) It might be looking like crazy but when I am tired, I have no power to think about bad things. try to jog in the morning :) It will make your 24hours longer :)

Coping with stress may differ from individuals to individuals. Me, I cope up with stress by roaming around alone or with friends. Eating, talking to my friends and sleeping are also my techniques to cope up. Also checking my different social networks. I try to view or watch those old pictures especially those that has a meaningful or memorable pictures.

I also like listening to music when I am stressed. Usually I think I need to pray. I have to rely on God. But it is really hard. Anyway I am praying and listening to music. Isn't it good things? :)
