A weekend with someone special !!

After a long time I feel like I have got a break. Though I always party out with friends after the examinations and go out to movies but then the freshness never used to be there. However, this weekend I was with my girlfriend (whom I met after almost a year's gap). We went out for dinner at a very good restaurant and had delicious sizzlers. And the next day we went to watch a movie. And luckily the movie was wonderful as well. And now after I came back on Sunday evening after dropping her back. I don't feel tired. In fact I immediately started reading for my next week's quiz. And at the same time I am very excited about the valentine's day... So does it happen to you that even after you take a break, you are still in the same state of mind or even worse than before ?? What makes your stress in life disappear?? Travel, party etc ??

Hi mavic. Well food is also one of my favorite stress busters. But the thing is that its effect lasts only for few hours. Due to the hectic schedule that I have here I wanted to have something that would re energize me without having to actually take a break. Anyways thanks for your response.. Have a nice day !!

Hi SuperShames What takes my stress in life disappear? Definitely today, it is the sparkling smile on my wife's face. That is priceless for me. And the times when her eyes tell me she loves me a lot... nothing anywhere near that. Earlier (before we met), it was always a movie at the theater or even a bath in luke warm water. may I ask what movie did you guys go out to?

I was thinking that you and your girl would have gone to watch that ABCD. Saw it, and loved the freshness. At least the dance sequences are just terrific. And the story too is touchy. The Special 26 is on my list no doubt but that would be on Computer... so will have to wait for the DVDs to come out.

Hi thesids. It feels so good to see that your love for your wife is still so fresh even after so many years. I hope it will be the same in my case as well. By the way we went out to see the new movie called "Special 26", starring Akshay Kumar. It was a wonderful movie and I suggest you to watch it as well. Thanks for your response and have a nice day !!

Hi thesids. Well we got better reviews for special 26 than ABCD. So we decided to go for it first. May be after my exams are over next week we might go for it. And what did you do special for your wife on Valentine's day. I hope you guys had loads of fun. Have a nice day !!

Just like you, my stress disappears when I'm with the one I love. Also when I'm with my family and hanging out with my relatives (cousins) and good close friends. I guess I feel tired after too much serious conversations. But when the talks are about something that's light and funny, then I don't feel tired at all. It's great that you are energized after spending some time with your loved one. It just shows that the relationship doesn't way you down, instead it boosts you up! That's a great indication of good partnership. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Hi laydee. Thanks for your wishes. Actually I have been so much busy with my schedule with the past few months that I was feeling tired all the time. Even those weekend parties and movies with friends didn't help more than a day or two. It was only after I met my girlfriend last week and spent time with her that I felt that energy back. Now I feel that I can go without break for a month or so. Thanks for your response and have a nice day ...

Hi vidhyaprakash. We had a wonderful time together on valentines Day. We went out for lunch and in the night she surprised me by decorating the entire room with balloons and candles. It was just like the way I surprised her last year. Now that it is weekday again. I am missing her already. Thanks for your response and have a nice day ...

I feel booed if i have nothing special to do after or during a break. I try to do some sort of things that don't make me feel bore. I used to hang out with my friends and spend my time. This never let's my enthusiasm go down...

Hi vivek. Well hanging out with friends is definitely fun. But when you do that very often, it kind of becomes a regular thing and does not add anything to freshness. The hangover of a stressful week still stays with you. Anyways thanks for your response and have a nice day ...

Its about having fun and spending your time correctly and show the people you like, that your really taking care of them! People now days is way to busy to "live the life". Everyone is studying or working everyday, from morning to the end of the day so theres no time to have fun. Remember to watch out for your life time, you only have it once.

Hi gyberg. Well you are right. In fact I am very much aware of it. But sometimes things are not in control and you have to do what you have to. In spite of all those constraints I am trying my best to get as much as time possible to spend with the loved ones. Thanks for your response and have a nice day ...

I have to admit that mostly I feel tired out as well after going out. So at a certain point I did quite with that. I think going out should give you energy not take your energy. I know more people do complain about that. Lately my daughter said: how come if you meet with your friends you Always need to do something? How come we can't just stay at home, drink some tea, have a relaxing quality time together that way? I think for some reason we all were/are pushed to party, go out, otherwise it's not for real? It's good to hear you did experience a relaxing weekend and are full of energy. I wonder what exactly made the difference? The restaurant?

Hi wakeupkitty. I think it is the waiting for the next weekend to meet her is something that is keeping me excited and hence energetic. Also it was different from going out with friends which I kind of got used to. So I think I felt this weekend was different and hence I am still full of energy. Thanks for your response and have a nice day !!!
