I will be a full time grandma for a month or more until my daughter can get a new nanny for my grandson. Two days ago my daughter who lives in the city ask me if she can bring and stay my 2 year old grandson with me until they can afford to hire a new nanny for him. Her husband need to find a new job and he can't do it because he take care of their son while my daughter is also working. So now I'm a full time grandma at the same time nanny . Well I enjoyed at first two nights there are times he's still looking for his mom but now he actually used to that her mom is not by her side when he cried. I feel like I'm new again in taking care of a small ones.

How old your grandson? I think your daughter is fortunate to have a mother like you and your grandson to have a grandma like you. Just like my mother-in-law, she love to take care our newly born son. Today, schedule of my son to visit his pedia. I am busy with my offline business so I asked my mother-in-law to accompany my wife to the doctor

We cannot guarantee also that all grandmas are like you and my mother-in-law. There are some that they don't even want to play their grandchildren. Lucky enough your grandson have you in his life.

There is something to be said for taking care of a grandchild. They can be so sweet and cuddly. They can also be hard to get along with. It takes some common sense to watch children. And some adult don't have that going on. They change quickly too and go through stages. Hope you continue to enjoy your time with him.

This kid is very adorable energetic and intelligent he can obey orders already that's why not very hard for me to get along with but of course I need to be watchful to him.

I can certainly see why you would feel like you were new again when it came to taking care of little ones. I know that I feel the same way when I am taking care of my youngest niece because of the fact that my children are older now and don't require me as much as they used to when they were younger. That said, I don't think that there is anything that is better than getting to spend a lot of time with the youngest members of our families.

It is very kind of you. And you are very considerate and understanding. Here usually we also let our parents to take care of our child since we have to work in the day time. I can send my son to school but I can't pick him up after school since I haven't gone off work at that time yet. So my parents help me about it. And at least they are people who I can trust.

Good for you grandma! My mom was only 50 when she had her first grandchild. We'd think she's young enough to take care a newborn; as it turned out, she's not too 'grandmotherly' anymore as she forgot how since she had her last child at 20.
