when everybody is talking about the one thing which makes you a faster earner and that is quality then why not mylot has a ranking system based on quality of posts. This will enourage user to be more quality consious instead of quantity. Those getting a better ranking will get encouraged and this is what which will make others think the same way. It could be like top 100 or top 1000 or may be mylot can have it like a rank for every user. They can also think about offering its user something for being in the top 10 or 100.

ranking showing depends on each interest if you are top 100 at mylot.com discussion doesn't mean you are top at all discussion lolz I'm not sure how this rating ranked goes on but for star are given by who rated you with + and you will be able to see it once your user rating reach 100

Do you mean to say that the ranking being shown with your id/name is based on the quality and not something else ?

if someone give you + on rating do you think it's because your comments doesn't have quality? lolz of course cause of quality they will rate you as + otherwise they will rate you as - or just ignore (give nothing)

MyLot does have a 'ranking system'. It operates in two ways. 1) Your earnings are determined by the quality of your participation in discussions over 24 hours. See the FAQs: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#15 where it says: "Earnings are calculated based on a proprietary model that rewards quality responses, relevant discussions and images, and normal website activities." We are also told that the Discussion Rating System - a system whereby users' ratings of other people's posts are taken into account in deciding 'quality' - is "factored in" to the earnings algorithm. See: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq17.aspx 2) The MyLot Reputation ("star" value), which you see against the names of those with a User Rating of more than 100, is also part of the Discussion Rating System and indicates a person's reputation based on the ratings of other members. Both of these are designed to encourage quality over 'quantity' and, on the whole, have worked well for nearly seven years.

Learntoearn read the guidelines and FAq as we already have that system here its called rating system Your star will rise and your reputation rise if you are rated positive a lot. Do read the information as we already have this system in place and you should be rating others as you respond to their posts with a positive or negative or report. Have you not seen the stars and the percent reputation?do read the guidelines and the FAQs again if you have already read them. Before asking my lot for changes learn just what is here first.[

you should be rating others as you respond to their posts with a positive or negative or report. He actually can't rate anybody right now. Mylot doesn't save ratings until after we get to (100).
