Daily i used to take fresh food items with deepest fruit saps. Twice a daily i take milk glasses with limited sugar. Banana, apple, sapota, grapes, guava, santra, papaya.... are the listings of my daily inputs. But my sleeping hours are limited to 4-6 hours daily. I work hard at my office before sitting a pc doing statements on excel sheets. I never interested in yoga and meditation. Sports sometimes inspires me a lot. I watch tv for 3-4 hours a day. Let me know the other points to protect my physical bod from diseases. What are your ways to save your life from disorders?.... Actually what is the straight definition for our body health?..

Hi, i think your diet habits are good. You need some exercise and some more sleep. I think you work for whole day on computer and then after coming back home you watch TV. It is not good for your eyes. You should watch less TV and try to sleep early. I take balanced diet, fruits and go for morning walk. I take rest for nearly about 7 hours i.e. I sleep for 7 hours at night.. So I don't have any health problems.

Sports is good for an activity that exercises your heart. Another is walking/running. Oklahoma health-authorities prescribe 10,000 steps a day, including half-an-hour of exercise. I forget where, but look it up---I think it's betterdayok.com ... they have TV-commercials for it, look for it.

I'd use some of those TV hours for sleeping.

I think I am not doing great everyday for my health because I wake up very late and I go to bed very late also. I worked more than eight hours a day. I do not exercise regularly because of the limited time. I just eat what's on my mind and what's available at the restaurant. I am not consuming fruits most of the time. But I am looking forward to start taking care myself through having a healthy lifestyle like you are doing right now. I do not want to regret in the future though.

exercise i also a big factor to be healthy.. Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. it can also keep our blood flowing smoothly which decreases cardiovascular diseases, stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, certain types of cancer, arthritis and falls. and of course have a positive outlook and you will be fine..

I don't know your age, but looking at what you have stated here I would say you sit way to long, you need a regular exercise, even if it is just walking a mile or two a day. I would also watch your sugar, all the fruit, the milk and the sugar you add could head you toward an inbalance. I think these two modifications will make you feel much better. Yoga is very good for building long muscles and learning to control the breath. Meditation is also good for the breath. There is no need to include religion in these exercises. But both of these will help you manage stress and your job sounds like it has some stress. Enjoy and be happy that is the most important thing you can do.

A person is said to be in perfect health when he is able to eat a daily balanced diet, enough exercise and rest in a day. Being stress-free, sound mind and having good relationships can make our body respond positively.

I have heard that 2 pegs of brandy daily at night is good for health. But many persons like me can't control at that limit and gradually get its negative effects to health and life itself.

Hi ! Also you need to have a healthy lifestyle which means you must include vegetable in your daily food intake . Have a healthy lifestyle , which means one needs to refrain or stop smoking , have only 1 partner , take supplements and see your doctor for regular check up. We should no go to the doctor because we re sick but rather visit doctors for wellness.

Hi, if you want to protect your health from diseases go to walk every day a 30-50 minutes, do some exercises. Sweat has to come out of your body, it will help you to keep your body healthy. Maintain weight of your body according to your height. Don't eat oil foods more. It will help you a lot.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, well that may seem quite outdated but still working out in a gym would be a lot better you know it will keep you mentally and physiclly strict having the right amount of sleep, working out, morning walk or jogging helps you to stay calm and mentally and physically fit! :)

I work out six times a week. I eat healthy and I read labels like a madman. There are too many additives in food so I'm thinking about starting a garden. I like smoothies but I haven't gotten into making them yet. I try to get in all the fruits and veggies but I need help with supplementation. Life is life, stay healthy so you can enjoy it. Sounds like you are on the right track.
