a nuclear-armed Norh Korea is a poweful guarantee for the world peace and stabil

Hello tocquevil, I don't think and feel that North Korea is a sovereign knowing that the people of that country is opressed and brainwashed by the government worshipping their leader as a GOD. If they still have approval even from China they will attack the South, but every thing here and then are just strong talks. North Korea will attack one day and no doubt about it.

Not to say North Korea is going to do any invading, but for you to say it will never happen is a bit naive. Their leader Kim Jong-un is a bit wild and unpredictable and possibly war-hungry, though it's hard to say for sure yet. He is a bit frightening and I wouldn't say he made nukes entirely for self defense, more to bully and scare others so far.

"As a socailist country,Nk will never invade into others." Where on earth did you get that crazy idea? Did you already forget the Korean war? Have you forgotten that they literally sit on the border ready to shoot or capture anyone they see? Perhaps you forgot that they attacked South Korea a year or two ago. Did you miss the part where Kim Jong Un already threatened to attack the US and spent the last few years firing off rockets to see if they could reach the US?

Nuclear armament actually does the opposite. It invites unwanted scrutiny by other world powers, nor does it earn other peoples' respect. Since this news, NK has been verbally aggressive against its southern neighbor, and the US. Is it a matter of time before we see the North, emboldened by its power, engage the south in yet another battle/war?

Their is a war going on in Afghanistan right now.... People die in wars.... North Korea is not looking for peace...They are looking for revenge right now. All they are doing is making threats that they are going to use them against the US. North Korea is also making threats against south Korea right now, and if they decide to try and invade them the US is their to help them....

It's ironical that arms have now become or being projected as a guarantee for piece in the world.Our country,India,too had to go nuclear because we have been flanked by two nuclear countries that are now neither enemy nor friends to us.We have refused to sign the NTPT,because it is discriminatory.It seeks monopoly of five countries on production of nuclear weapons.Nuclear weapons are deterrent against any misadventure by your enemy.

Somebody need and arms for self defense for he has a projected enemy to come. We can never say never it defends on who is the leader, I want nuclear plant for improvement not for war as many intended it.
