. . . some people are still awake. There are people who are still working. There are students who are studying for the year end examination. There are women who are half-asleep because they have to nurse their young ones ... like me. There are also people who are here in myLot enjoying the discussions. There are people who are awake because they ae thinking of the future. There are people who are wandering in the streets or in their minds. What about you? While everyone is asleep ... what are you doing? Do you sleep earlier than everyone else? I used to go to bed when every one is about to get up. I am an owl. I love to do things at night. It's quiet and no disturbance. Friends, let's share each other's moments while every one is asleep.

While everyone's asleep. I'm here playing my guitar and reading the 3rd book of the Game of thrones series. In other words. I'm just doing the same old routine hobbies I've been doing before I go to sleep.

Oh, until now I read a book if there are times I cannot sleep quickly. But I don't play any musical instruments. I thought games of thrones is just a tv series. What is it about anyway?

When everybody is asleep, I'm here laying on bed - thinking of a lot of things. First and foremost the security for my family, that's always the first thing I thought. Then the future and what I can to make my life the way I wanted. Ahhh! Lot of things! Xx

Same here. Been there. But I tell you the more you t hint of it the more you'll be depressed and do nothing. What I've learned is just do what I can. Prepare what I can and trust my whole family that we will help each other. Anyway a family s not a one man show, everyone I involve. I'm not saying you stop thinking but instead set some goals ... Short term and long term ... Make them happen. By the way, involve your loved ones.

A long time ago I worked 10pm to 7am and loved it. Then I had a child. I found that I could not get any sleep while caring for even a tiny infant. kNow, I sleep at night like most folk.

I go to bed anywhere between 12:30am and 3am in the morning. In fact we are the last to go to bed in my neighborhood. So we are careful to be extra quiet so not to wake others. I'm usually on mylot, reading a good book or watching a good movie. I can't go to sleep early unless I'm really sick. However, I hate to go to bed when the birds are chirping already because that means I'm going to have a wasted day ahead. Breaking dawn also is not healthy for you especially if you do it all the time. So if I get a good 6 to 7 hours of sleep that is good for me. Like last night I went to bed about 2am and was up by 8:30am.

Sleeping late is bad for us even though we get that six or seven hour sleep. The repair period of our body starts before twelve. I think it's around ten in the evening. I too is guilty of sleeping late but since I don't want to get ill I try to sleep early and continue what I wanted to do early in the morning. If ever I wake up early, I try to take a nap in the afternoon because I need to recharge my body or else I won't last the day. I'll be wasted too and useless.

Me too. I'm still awake. Doing my left-over works since I took a 3-day break from work and now, I have to pay for it. But really, I like to work during the nighttime as it is the only time of the day where I can find peace and I can do my job without any disturbance. Not being able to sleep at night was a big problem for me before, but, now, I make it as my advantage to do anything I like. I am more productive! Hahaha.

. I used to do that. But work does not stop even though I bring it home and do it in the wee hours of the night so I will not be disturb. I just tire my body and get myself unhealthy. People call me addicted to work because for me it seems seven days a week is not enough and same with twenty four hours. I need more time and days in a month. It's not good though we do it anyway. Lets live a healthy life. Sleep early.

sometimes I sleep very late, because I should look after my son, I cannot go to bed if he do not want to sleep, actually it's very tired to sleep late in the everning, or awake sometimes because of baby, but this is the necessory period as being a mom, it's worth because I love him..

Oh, I could relate to you. Same here, I have a baby too and mom's don't have specific sleeping and waking time. Just get enough rest whenever you can. It's important we moms don't get sick.

I would love to be up til midnight any way as thats my normal sleep pattern.I am still a night person and work best in the evening hours I spent years working at night and getting up at 8 or 9 am. But now of course its all different.

. I understand you. Whenever we are in a facility we have to follow their rules. That's why I did my best not to be sent to a school that I need to stay in a dormitory. I love working at night too and thought I am ore productive but the effect was not good. I got I'll, I do my best to sleep early and take rests or naps in the afternoon. Ten years ago my energy is beyond measurable to say ... I get up at six for a seven o'clock part time job. Must be in another city by half past one for another job. Then by four must be in a post graduate course I took. Then run to a six to eleven work in a nearby place. After work my friends will pass by and ask me to have fun with them. I usually go home by three am. I was young, strong and determined to do all. It didn't last the way I wanted because my mum was concerned about my health. I followed so we won't have family issues. I missed being as energetic as I can. It's like I'm proving to the world, I am a woman and I am strong.

Nowadays, I go to bed early, as I have a sixteen-month-old daughter, and I have another one on the way. So, that's why I try to go to bed early, and try to get a good night's sleep. If I don't, it's not always easy for me the next day. As a mom, I think that you definitely need sleep. Luckily, sometimes, I can manage to grab a nap, while my daughter is napping.

Sleep is definitely good and needed for you. I just gave birth 6 weeks ago. So far, my sleep is sometimes enough sometimes not. I also try to grab a nap if I can.

. You are not alone. When I was schooling, I used to do that. It's fun. Same here, I don't know what stuff I did. . That's the fun part of being young and going to school.

I always want to sleep early coz I wake up real early. But sometimes, what keeps me awake is having to watch some good shows on tv. I rarely get to sleep after midnight, coz I would be really having a terrible headache after. I could not fore myself to sleep during the day. Coz if I do fall asleep, another headache is on its way.

. I hate headaches. I am super grumpy if I have one and I don't like that because I don't wanna be in a bad mood when at work. Well, since you know how to prevent this, do so. Maybe if the good show can be watched again in YouTube or other prerecorded sites, you may do so. Sleeping early is a good habit.

The past days since i started taking simvastatin that the doctor prescribed for my a bit high cholesterol, i wasn't getting enough sleep. That's because at night, i can't sleep when i closed my eyes to sleep. My husband woould be fast asleep, but me, i am still awake tossing and turning in bed. By the time i get to sleep it's nearly 11:00pm onwards. Then i have to get up at 6:00 am to prepare for work. Thus, these past days i am always sleepy hence lethargic. I plan to make it up on Saturday night by oversleeping until next day, since it's my rest day from work.

. I hope you could take a nap in the afternoon. Some medications really have some lethargic effect. I love oversleeping before. But I have a different, exciting and fun life ahead of me. I must always be ready. Enjoy oversleeping. Hope you dream of me!

I usually sleep earlier than the other people in the house because I am looking forward to waking up as early as 2 am in order to do my online activities. This is the perfect time of the day when the internet is faster, there are available work for me to do and silence is a very important things for me to consider. Have a great day!

. Oh. That's a great strategy. Sleep early and have a good rest while others are awake then wake up when everyone is sleeping and take advantage of the silence and no disturbance moments. Good for you! I'll try that.

I'm usually a night owl, so I stay up a bit later than other people usually, too. It's like... I feel the most energetic at night, with some artificial lighting against the dark sky (my desk is at my window). Oh, and I'm definitely one of those students who don't sleep before an exam, and stay up late in the night and morning to study... for me, it works better to memorize all that stuff, and I can function without a day of sleeping properly, haha :D. Also, I kind of get addicted to mylot or some Facebook game from time to time, and I catch up on those in the nights, as well.

We are not different at all when I was still studying. But I like text twist and bookworm of yahoo games. When we are young, we are energetic and more creative if people are not watching us. Just make sure do not play too much especially if exam is coming. Your education is better than winning the games.
