Is it true that when we get a lot of + ratings our earnings will increase? Please share you views to this:)+

Who knows? I have given up trying to figure out the system on how they pay us. I have heard that it is a good idea and that it helps to rate the discussions. I give + out on my discussions.

I think the positive rating does help but I think the negative one probably does more to discouage poor answers. I have found commenting on discussions raises my total number and I think it has something to do with the payment rate. Anyway, it doesn't hurt ot rate answers and to mark the best answer.

Its not mentioned in my lot guidlines,but it may be because my lot says to give quality answers to discussions.

I dont think so. I have marked -ve for 2 comments and immediately received alerts from MyLot. So I think the rating is more for MyLot to keep track of discussions that could be offensive in nature.
