stress, depression/anxiety , medications, hormones can all cause nightmares... do you deal with any of these things? Hope you can get it figured out soon! thanks for your reply :)

I do, almost nightly. Usually involves falling, I've spent several hours speaking to a psychologist about it, just can't get rid of them.

I never get nightmares, even when I watch scary, gory horror movies. I do dream occasionally (only when I sleep in other beds, which is strange) However I used to have really bad nightmares when I took anti-depressants, which was very worrying, so I quickly came off them.

No, not very often. I used to get them frequently and they always involved saving either my little brother or my daughter. When I was a child I would have really terrible nightmares about murderers chasing me or searching for me while I hid somewhere. I hated hide-and-seek because of those dreams. To this day I hate when people sneak up on me or chase me.

I have lots of nightmares.. actually nightmares are a reflection of your sub conscious mind... all your fears are exposed through nightmares...
