It feels almost like old times...

It's a beautiful, sunny Saturday morning. And here I am, holed up at the computer with my coffee and some super sugary pastry... thing... that the kids insisted on having for breakfast this morning. I have a couple of PTC sites up in other tabs, but the majority of the tabs I have open now are discussions here on myLot. There aren't as many as there used to be, but you know what? We'll get there. I see a few "new" familiar faces in the recent discussions this morning... seems the word's getting out already.

I've noticed the newbies, too. It's great to see that there are still new members finding their way here. It won't be quite the same, but I really have the feeling that a lot of positive changes are in store for the site.

It seems like myLot didn't die just went into hibernation for a couple of years, and some of the "more experienced" members (interpret that as you see fit) are working on breathing new life into it.

Yeah, that would be great, wouldn't it? I still miss the interest categories, since it made it so easy to find discussions. Oh, I know, we have tags with this format... but it's just not the same, know what I mean?

The face is not familiar (I remember it as much prettier than the green and white blob), but the name seems quite familiar ... unless it changes again, of course.

@yukimori Yes, that is much better and so much prettier than the blobby-thingy. I must admit that once upon a time long, long ago you had a kick-butt one (I think maybe with red hair) that I liked a lot, but then again I think I have liked all of your many forms.

I've changed my username a few times... but not as often as Lamb has! My original one was akuseru, which I've set as my display name for the time being.
