I think age doesn't matter in relationship. The important thing they can understand and love each other truthfully. Relationship is more than age, race, etc.

I don't think that age is important, dating has to do with character compatibility, life decisions, support and caring. I admire people who manage to maintain and develop relationships that may look incompatible externally due to age difference, race, religion etc.

I agree 100%, character compatibility and love for each other are the most important things in any kind of relationship.

No, age difference isn't really important. I'm with a wonderful man who is 10 years older than me. We are kind of at different life stages but we fit together well. I've dated people of all ages and it's never really made a great deal of difference. If both partners want the same things, and are mature enough for the relationship, then age doesn't really come into it.

Race certainly doesn't matter as long as you respect each others beliefs. Whether age matters or not, I think comes down to whether you have things in common. After the heady days of early romance, there has to be something beyond that that bonds and binds two people. I married a man who was both of a different race AND 13 years my senior. While we were attracted to each other, when it came down to it, we had absolutely nothing in common. On the other hand, a friend of mine is in a longterm relationship with a man who is 25 years senior to her. They are very happy together.
