My Son came over and said he would help me go hunting..good thing there is no limit even though we missed a few..the really big one got away So guess what is for dinner? Zucchini's.!!! Now i need your help what to do with them,?

I am one of those weird people who don't really care for zucchini. I just don't think they are that tasty. I would give mine to a neighbor.

You have to grill them to really bring out their flavor. It's good, so good that our dogs love eating it too.

I love zuchhini on the grill so good. Hope you can get more next time, I'm not a real big fan of it but if it's cooked really well I will eat it.

Slice them, chop up some tomatoes, some onions, some garlic and fry them up. Serve hot

@Rosekitty Brownies with these Z's Would they still taste the same and still be called Brownies The one recipe I mentioned above is how I have them. There are mor ways to cook them in Indian context

Fried zucchini is always a good choice. We also saute zucchini with squash and tomatoes and onions. Really good.

I love Zucchini. I can make that in many ways and enjoy it every time. I guess that hunting took awhile then. Hunting down some good Zucchini is not an easy task. Nice!!!

Cut it into slices, slather olive oil on and then seasoning salt. Bake in oven until tender. NOM NOM NOM I think I usually set the oven at 350.

@Rosekitty I saw it online somewhere a few years ago and tried it for myself. It's my family's favorite treat. You can also put parmesean on it as well.

Brownies, cupcakes, casserole, cheesy zucchini. Grilled is fabulous! I have a few in my fridge. I am going to bake some brownies. I really like the cupcakes too. So, maybe those after the brownies.

There are plenty of recipes to use zucchini, you can prepare them stuffed or make zucchini fries or fritters, a zucchini omelette, simply grilled, or sautée they are also good.

I am not a big fan of zuchinnis but I have a great idea for them. You will need tomatoes as well and a lot of excitement for cooking, it will take time. You can make stuffed zuchinnis with tomato and rice, here is the recipe.
