You have to grill them to really bring out their flavor. It's good, so good that our dogs love eating it too.

I love zuchhini on the grill so good. Hope you can get more next time, I'm not a real big fan of it but if it's cooked really well I will eat it.

Cut it into slices, slather olive oil on and then seasoning salt. Bake in oven until tender. NOM NOM NOM

I am not a big fan of zuchinnis but I have a great idea for them. You will need tomatoes as well and a lot of excitement for cooking, it will take time.
