The only way that you can get $10 a day is likely to be by building high-rise ghers in Ulaanbaatar

@EddieHands This person has very little English indeed, so I doubt very much whether he understood my joke. A 'gher' is what a yurt is called in Mongolia and many people on the outskirts of Ulaanbaatar live in them permanently and very comfortably, it seems. A 'high-rise gher' would be something of an impossiblity, I think!
