The Most that you Earn a Day on myLot?

Canada
December 8, 2015 3:46pm CST
So I was just curious on everyone who is active on here's success? How has myLot been treating you thus far? I can already tell it's a great place to have communication and interactions with other members, and people are able to write whatever they want. Which is a relief. And in the long run, being able to do so, helps. But as we all know you are able to earn on here as well. So what has been the most you've earned in a day on here? How well do you do? Does it take you long to get to $10? Share your tips! Etc! So far I'm loving myLot!

There are members here that will tell you that you have to make "at least" some absurdly high number of posts per day if you want to reach the minimum payment in a single month. Well... that might be true for them, but it doesn't have to be true for you. Their problem is that they tend to post crap just for the sake of increasing their post counts. Like @PhredWreck said, our earnings are based on the amount of interaction our posts get from other members. If you interact with other users, get involved in good discussions, and focus on making quality contributions to the site you'll have no problems hitting that $10 minimum every month.

@yukimori very good points. Basically, try to contribute usual information or conversations.

I haven't made that mark yet, but when I am active, I can definitely see the amount rising.

This is my third month on myLot. In October I earned more than $11 and in November $16. That means I reached payout.

I do not check my earnings for a particular day so cannot tell what is the maximum amount I would have earned. For me interaction with friends is more important than keep a tab of my earnings.

My best days I have earned $1 here. =) Some people might earn more than me, but I am happy with it. And I love being here. It's good to see you here!

A dollar a day is not unknown but you need a lot of interaction for that but it is best not seeing sites like this as a primary source of income

The payouts are nothing like the crazy earnings many of us experienced during Bubblews heyday. It's tricky because you don't know if i's posting, commenting, getting new members or what specific activity generates $. Plus it seems that overall site volume plays a role in the revenue split. I suspect that some days you can be doing the exact same activity but if there just aren't enough people on the site, then the individual payouts then get reduced, no matter how active you are. Mandy --- you've always been great at online chatter so this will be a great vehicle for you. However, in terms of expected payout, think more like a quarter to a loonie per day and even that takes a whole day of interacting. It seems to me that this is more like FUN MONEY. Money that can be earned while you're watching TV. It's less about second income or primary income. More like pay my phone bill kind of thing. Hope that helps. And welcome.

@HanVanMeegerin Partly funded by family and then they got a round of funding from investors. It was probably during a financial audit by their investors that revealed things weren't adding up. It's hard to say whether or not the intentionally overpaid just to get eyeballs or if it was a serious oversight. In either case, it was not a good strategy. Lucrative in the short term for many of us who benefited.

@AdrienneJenkins it never seemed to add up. How could the 1 cent for a view, a comment and a like always equal 50% of the revenues earned? They also seemed to delete the posts and accounts of people that raised questions about their behavior.

@AdrienneJenkins do you wonder where that Bubblews heyday money came from. It never seemed to jive with reality there.

I can't even reach a dollar a day. But it's still fun and I don't mind not earning much from here. I get to learn about people which is quite fascinating.

Hello! Well so far I'm not that active here. However I plan to increase my activities. So I can earn more. I've just returned after being gone. Just kinda feeling my way around!

I won't say mine because it might discourage you. But I'm not the least worried about my earning on here. Its payment system is so reliable and automatic - I know I will get mine when its due.

I've been here for a little over two months and haven't yet reached payout. But I"m getting closer every day and hope to get there by Christmas. Just keep interacting and being active here by replying, commenting, etc. The earnings will flow.

I look at myLot as a fun way to use time I might otherwise waste. The money is nice but I don't depend on it. So, I'm not trying to work hard enough here for a large daily accumulation.

I really don't have any idea about my earning algorithm. First of all, I was not active much so can't expect money without doing works here. Second I am below of 1$ still. Earlier I could calculate the earnings easily. At present it is hard and I am not bother much too. Hope I will reach payout without bothering the daily earning.

I started a week ago and up to this day I have earned $1.3108. with this I think I need 10 weeks to reach to Payout day. I think the most I have earned in a day is around $0.10

I was not really very active since I signed up. I just peek here and there so, so far I did not earn a dollar yet :) It needs a lot of active intersection with others I guess.

I am new here, its just 2 days before joined this, i noticed that earning here is possible only you are very active posting interesting discussions and responding to others discussions. I personally feel earning 10$ a month is bit difficult but not impossible if you are could interact more
