It is much too nice to stay inside

It is hard to believe this is January. The sun is shining beautifully. It is around 50 degrees again today.
I took a walk, and also did some puttering in the yard.
I will even hang some laundry out doors.
Do you take advantage of nice weather when it arrives? I have a feeling we will get more that is not so nice. It is January and in my mind January and February are the worst.

If the sun even shines I do try to get some outdoor time. It is cooler today than it was two days ago.

I like to get out if it is sunny, but do not stay out quite so long if the wind is chilly.

I am so looking forward to having nice sunny days in my future. Winter is not my favorite season. People have said that we really can't complain about it this year. My response is that I can complain, I hate cold weather.

What is nice weather for you? Just wondering. I am in Minnesota and it just finally started to warm up (above ZERO farenheit - that was totally frosty!) I am hearing on the news we may be above 30 degrees by the weekend, which is amazing - if so I am definitely going to go on a walk. Enjoy the nice weather!

It has been raining here, but yes, been taking advantage of walking before rain hits. It isn't that I want to do it , I have to do it, for my arthritis. Plus I don't need to be sitting so much, I prefer it cold than hot.

I'm with you. Since we've made a mild November-December, we've now been hit hard wtih freezing temps and snow for this winter in January-February. I do walk when it's 30 and above, as long as it's now raining/snowing above 50% chance.
