I read Kevin's post, which featured a picture of him as a teenager on a trip to Scotland, and I was interested in participating in the challenge. This is a school photo of me from 8th grade. Since it was the beginning of the year, I would have been 12 years old (I started school a bit early). It doesn't have a scenic background like Kevin's, but I like this picture because I look kind of shy but also a bit ornery!

@AliCanary Oh thank you for pointing that out! I was looking for an icon or something like that, now I see it plain as day. This site is not very intuitive even for a web developer like me :-D Actually it's probably worse b/c I am a web developer and I would have done things differently :)

I don't have any young pics of myself to upload. But to my surprise, I found my high school graduation picture from my yearbook on Facebook! But I forgot the name of the page. I have to go look for it again.

If you were tagged in the photo, you should be able to find it from your own page in the "Photos of" section. Might make it easier.

I've not visited his post yet, but I have seen other posts today along these lines. I like the picture. You had even longer hair then, or if it's that long now it's hard to tell in your avatar photo. I'll have to dredge up one of my early ones. It seems like most are doing ones of when they were about the same age although i have seen a few baby pictures too.

My hair is usually pretty long, but it ranges between shoulder-length and chest-length. When it gets too long, it starts to annoy me, and I trim it! :) I've enjoyed seeing all the pictures, too.
