Monthly fee for airline flights...

How would you feel if they made a monthly fee for unlimited flights? It is just like netflix basically you pay a monthly subscription to them monthly for unlimited flights. $1,500.00 a month. Would you do this? Of course you probably would still have to pay your baggage fees and everything. Do you think something like this will take off around the world?

The only people who would be interested would be frequent commercial flyers. Most of us are occasional flyers or don't fly at all at best.

I know I think its expensive but if you had to fly like 5 times in a month for some reason then it would be the time to get the subscription you can save a lot of money.

I've seen this offer somewhere. It appeared to only apply to flights within the US and payments for baggage &c was extra. It looked as though it might be a good deal for someone who needed to commute between the East and the West Coast twice a week or something like that.

Not for me. I am not a frequent traveler. I rather pay as and when I want to fly. If I work on a job that requires frequent flying, that is a different story.

That would be really cool for those who travel often or are retired and have the time to go on airline flights.
