We Chose To Be Just at Home

Last Friday , our Marketing Officer told me that she has VIP (very important persons) complimentary tickets for the Rave party that a sponsor will be holding at the back Parking area of the mall.
But when I told my husband about it , he said that this kind of party is one that will be having lots of fun however you will be buying your own drinks and foods . Besides , it will have the paint spraying to each other in the course of the party . Although , the paint will only be water based and it is washable even in our clothes . But we both don't like that anymore .
Besides , this party will last until after 2:00 a.m.
Thus, we just stayed at home and watched a movie . 
I guess , we are past that age of partying like that . 
What about you , would you go , if ever you were invited to such kind of party ?

I would have enjoyed this if I was younger. I have organised many parties but now I prefer staying home.

It's really a given stage of life that when we get older , we mellowed and forgo of those partying until late night .
To us , rest and sleep is much more important .

If it were for work and some of the clients will be there, I'd probably stick around for a short chitchat then leave immediately. But like you, I'm also past the partying age. I'd rather stay at home with my kids. And sleep, I need that more than ever.

Yes, if it were really that , i would also go . It's needed for the job , so we have no choice .
I think when we are older and with family , we just want to be at homse and be with the family . And sleep - i agree , i also need lots of it .

I not like rave party becuase here while it held there is always illigal work done and girls caught red hand so i just keep away from my self and if anyone go in it then bad image of their show to socitey..........

@birjudanak Well, you are correct since they will be drinking liquor and can be drunk . That's when it becomes dangerous because they cannot control what they are doing already and could be raped by the guys .

No I wouldn't, my kind of party would not involve myself getting wet and dirty. This type of party is more suitable for college freshmen.
