The problem of hair loss is faced by majority of the people and there are different therapies and treatment for it.While googling i came to know about a simple technique to prevent hair loss, even re-growing the lost hair. One such technique being the method of rubbing nails which can treat hair loss. The method is as follows The technique of Rubbing nails can be done 2-3 times a day, and you can continue the procedure for about 5-10 minutes every single time you do it. Gently fold both your palms inwards and get them closer to each other. Let both the hands' fingernails touch each other for effective rubbing of the nails. Now making swift movements, rub the fingernails to each other for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat the same procedure at least twice a day. If this technique works, then it would be a good solution for all people suffering from hair loss.

First of all, most hair loss is completely normal and natural. Humans do not moult as some animals do but there is always a certain amount of hair loss as the hair naturally comes to the end of its life and is replaced by new growth. There are certain times when, due to hormonal changes, hair will be lost at a faster rate than normal but these episodes are usually temporary and the hair will recover naturally if the scalp is healthy. Genetic hair loss, usually as the person ages, can begin to take place at any time from the early 20s onwards and there is NO treatment which can effectively stop this kind of hair loss. Many women use shampoos, conditioners and dye products incorrectly and far too often. This can also be a major cause of hair loss and the remedy is to wash the hair less frequently and to use gentle and mainly natural ingredients. Provided that the scalp is healthy and the hair is allowed to retain its natural oils, all that should be necessary is an occasional wash with plain water and a mild soap which will remove dirt but will leave some of the natural oils. In relatively few cases is hair loss due to a curable and reversible condition. If that is the case, then it's important to see a qualified hair specialist. Rubbing the nails, as you describe, cannot possibly have any effect whatsoever on the hair! This is complete and utter rubbish!

I am not sure about this. I think there is no connection in rubbing our fingernails to regenerate hair growth. If ever, I will try it once my hair started to fall off due to aging.

It's very beneficial technique, I hear this but never applied it. I also hear a roumar that a lady rubs her nail a number of times in a day. She get beard and more hair on uper lips and lower lips. I do not know it was true or fake but I frightened and never think to apply this technique.
