It's Too Stinking Hot!

I hate winter, but I'm not a huge fan of summer. The catch is, it's only MARCH and the weather is more like late spring/early summer. I am NOT loving it. I do enjoy the flowering trees. But will they become devoid of bloom before the middle of April? And if it is all that hot now, what will it be like come August? I do believe, as some leading magazines suggest, super storms and other undesirable weather events are the new norm. Time, as always, will tell if I am right.

We've had a brief blast of late springy weather, now we seem to be back at damp autumny stuff.

Almost summerlike here! I want mildly cool in the morning, mildly warm in the afternoon. But then -- that's just too plain NORMAL.

I do like the heat, and I certainly like it better than the cold when I have to be outside for long periods of time. However, I do think that there are times when it is too hot, especially when it is humid. We have been having a lot of weird weather this year, but I am not so sure that it is "normal" just yet.

Normal, no. As to hot? I don't like that either, but at least you get nice fruit and vegetables from hot.

@KuznVinny Yes, and we can go swimming when it is hot, which not only cools us off but also is great exercise. I have a hard enough time staying warm when it is cold, and exercise might make me warmer, but I don't want to get out from under my nice warm blanket to start.

Thats always what I think about too. Its 40some degrees here and Minnesota and that seems unseasonably warm for this time of year.

I think that i like fall weather the most. There is just something soothing about the season! But, who knows what fall will be like in the coming years!

While I like fall OK, winter follows. I prefer spring, followed by summer, followed by fall. Winter can go jump in the lake.

I live in LA and have lived in Vegas, so I used to the heat and prefer it most of the time.

@KuznVinny No arthritis. People in the east are accustomed to the cold and often boiling in 80 degree heat. I am accustomed to warm weather and heat and dislike cool temperatures.

Do you have arthritis? That would explain it.

It is warm all year round here, but nowadays the heat is getting worse. Nothing much that we can do but to hydrate ourselves frequently to prevent dehydration.
