Goals are meant to be set and accomplished. Even if they take longer than expected. That's alright at least accomplishing is there. We feel good about ourselves when we accomplish our "goals." Why wouldn't anyone not want to accomplish their goals? Even if people try to hinder our goals. We should continue striving for them.

Somehow I get there Teep. I feel like my goals are all small pieces of a larger goal in mind. Bit by bit, I put the pieces together even if I have to hold off for a while because of some restrictions. I hold that piece until I can get it in just the right place

Small goals are great. Accomplishments are accomplishments so don't fret if they're small. Small works.

Not all of them, even at work I am trying to reach my goal target for the month so I can get a bonus but don't think will reach it this month.

It is good to have a goal to meet and when you do accomplish it you will have a good feeling about it.

I agree. Everyone should work toward their goals. Sometimes things happen that set us off the track or make achieving them difficult however. I am trying to reach my goals although most of them have to do with money.

Trying is better than not trying so feel good about making attempts. It will be alright. Take care.

I have not been. I have been too mellow lately to accomplish my goals. Unfortunately I'm the type of person that only is really productive with writing projects when I'm emotionally charged with grief or anger. Instead I have been focused on landscaping because I can do that no matter what emotions I have. Although today is wet and I really don't want to be in the mud right now. So I'm taking a break and doing laundry and other tasks.

@OneOfMany yes that's right. Long hours and little pay is unsettling. The goals is to make more even if we decide to work the long hours. We should want shorter hours and make enough for comfortable living.

@Teep11 It's fun, for 5 years I used to do it to make enough money to survive. But it was for barely enough. I ended up working long hours for very little. It's more fun to do it without a time table.

Yes, slowly I'm accomplishing them. It may take time but I'm willing to wait and put more effort to it.

The important thing is they're being accomplished. Slow movement is movement and progress.

I like to stick to simple goals, ones I know I can hit!
