Hamburgers For Dinner Tonight

With Easter coming tomorrow and all the ham, scalloped potatoes, and all the other good food that will be available, I figured we would go simple for dinner tonight.
So, my husband will be grilling a couple of burgers and we will have a simple good dinner.
Tomorrow our home will be filled with people and food so tonight we will be relaxing and eating, semi-light. After all we need to save our appetite for tomorrows feast.

What plans do you have for Easter?

Not doing anything, I wish I was..but I will make some mashed potatoes tommorrow. Dinner tonight I have no idea.

@HazySue I work in a hotel so there are no days off with the exception of Christmas. My hotel is one of the few where we don't work on that day.

I don't know yet because it's my siblings who cook. But I plan to wash the dishes after.

Aren't you lucky. I love to eat hamburgers anytime of the day. For Easter I had Ham and other veggies and desserts.

Like every year I prepare a lot of food for guest. I will spend a good time with my family and friends. I wish you too a happy and blessed Easter Day!
