Holy Flippin Fatigue~Not Even Coffee Helped!

United States
April 6, 2016 6:00pm CST
Once again I am sitting in the comfort of my recliner, feet up, body aching, tired as all get up. Had a cup of coffee to give me a much needed jump start. It failed to help. So tonight, the dishes will go undone. Tomorrow is another day. Laundry is caught up so I don't need to worry about that. I'll probably go to bed earlier tonight. Normally I am in bed by 10:30 so I can get at least 7 hours sleep. Tonight I think I'll hit the hay at 9:00. I may try to read a little to relax myself. Probably won't make it past a paragraph or two. Hopefully Mother Nature will stop being bipolar and let us have the warmth of spring weather. I would love to bask these old bones in the sun...with sunscreen of course. Maybe that is what I need to rid myself of this fatigue.

@ElusiveButterfly Someone was telling me that you can get magnesium cream which is very good for aching joints. Have you heard of it or tried it?

It is freaking cold right now. Went to visit my daughters and granddaughter this morning. Went shopping at 1:00 and it was so cold when I came out of the second store. I didn't wear my winter coat so I froze.

@Jessicalynnt menu? Auto correct at work again? I came home and got warm again. Had to do some housework to get the blood pumping.

My poor daughter has been falling asleep in front of the tv every night lately. I know she's exhausted but last night she was snoring at 8pm

I try to stay up as late as I can so I can sleep through the night. It is a fine line though. The risk of getting a second wind is higher the later I stay up.

I know the feeling! I've had to force myself out of bed every day this week. I'm heading to bed early tonight.

Sun would do wonders for it I think. I hope it gets warm for you then, and sunny enough to enjoy an hour or two outdoors. Hope you get some good rest tonight, the dishes can wait.

The housekeeping police won't come knocking at the door and slam me with a fine for not doing the dishes tonight. They'll keep until tomorrow when I get home. I really need the sun to warm me and revive my spirits.

Even though this has been a mild winter in our region, it is still too long.

I seems to be happening quite frequently lately. Hope that I'll be better by Friday. Have 3 days off. Don't want to spend them sleeping.

Dang, my aching body shot hoops with three 11-year-olds today. I beat them at HORSE and made my kid client mad. Now I'm sitting here all sweaty, and thinking about dinner.

I haven't shot hoops in years. My knee would most likely give out! I could probably shoot a few if I could stand still. LOL. The next day would be killer though.

I'm also pretty exhausted, but I've been busier than usual lately. Over the next few days I plan to get as much rest as my body will take. I hope you're feeling much better soon! Sitting in the sun sure does sound nice right about now. Too bad it's pouring outside! lol
