~My Day Has Gotten So Much Better!~

My husband has been working his hiney off lately! I am so proud of him. And because of that we paid our rent!! Now for most of you this is not exciting at all-BUT if you know our past and things we have gone through you will know this is a BIG deal! See, where we used to live this would have never happened. We would have just been digging ourselves deeper and getting further behind on the rent and all our bills. He could never find a steady job where we used to live so things were horrible for us! Since he has a job here-we paid a BIG bill! It is amazing-thank God for all He has done for us!!

Not only that but the girl I babysat for finally contacted me and said she WILL be using me full time next week! She apologized for not getting in touch with me sooner but she had some things happen that were unexpected. I forgave her of course and all is well that ends well!

My day has made a turn for the better and I could not thank God enough!! So excited!

@LovingMyBabies our rent keeps going up. Hubby wants to buy a home. That scares me a little bit. Everything that would go wrong would be our responsibility to repair.

@ElusiveButterfly Yeah we want to buy a home too but our credit won't allow for that. =( Oh well. My husband is a handyman so if anything goes wrong in any home he knows how to fix it-thank God.

That is definitely good news. I'm glad that it's all worked for you with regards to your rent and your babysitting job. Things are tight for us as well, so I can understand how paying rent can be a big relief.

@LovingMyBabies Thanks. We'll manage. My husband is applying for a job, which would bring us some good stability. So, fingers crossed. I'm glad that you've got some relief from paying rent. I hope that this is able to continue.

That's really great that you and your family are doing good. I think I could still remember your posts in the past when you were going thru rough patches. And it is also great that the lady called you back!

@bounce58 Yeah I am sure you do remember, it was really tough for a long time. My husband couldn't find a job up there and we were constantly moving because we couldn't pay our bills. It was bad. But now that we live here and he's able to get work it's awesome! Thank you!
