Stopping the notifications

Made a decision, blocked.someone. His account maybe "hacked", not sure, but for few days now, beem.notified of this group i never joined. It would be fine if this group is okay like "wholesome", but it is not. And the best way to keep me being notified is to block the account, temporarily. Have you ever blocked someone on facebook?

I hardly ever use Facebook, so no I've never blocked anyone there.

So far I have never blocked anyone on any site, although I would if reason to do so occurred.

I have had to block a few. A so called friend became unglued when I left my exhusband. She crossed the line and went on a rant about how I should take him back and how cruel I was.

@Lucky15 I talk to her now and again. She realizes she was in the wrong. Can't change my feelings about it though.

Yup, I had blocked someone on my main FB account. That was a friend of mine in grade school and I didn't like what she was posting. It's like she needs to broadcast all the negativities that happen in her life. Ahaha

I've blocked a lot over the years...anyone who spams me, whether is be about large sums of money or they are trying to ttell me how beautiful I am and they want to get to know me better.

Im not big in face book, too spammy for me.You did the right thing till you are sure.You dont have to risk your account being hacked.

I dont believe in blocking anyone anywhere. But yes, I have unfriended and even unfollowed quite a few at Facebook. I just cant tolerate their copy-paste. But now, I dont log into facebook just because all my friends (well almost all) whom I am interested in are ... here
