Getting sick

Not running man but runny. Viral and virus.
Cold.
Got the.stuffy.nose yesterday; with the sudden down pour of rain.while we were in the resort, i got a lot.of rainshowers, now..
Sneezing, appettite.gone and my eyes are.watery.
Getting sick.in times.like this is not fun, have to.go to my sister's.house.for lunch later.
Have to take.some meds.later.
How are you today?

No, I am not fine this morning . . . warm last night . . but hate to be in bed all by myself. . got to go back to the north or south P.I. . . hehehe

When the weather seems to be off I don't neglect taking my vitamin c. I hate having colds. Take care do you and take lots of fluid.

@Lucky15 the only way to combat that is if you rest and take a glass of water every thirty minutes. I don't usually take meds and that's what I do. The following day I'm free of any symptoms.

Rest. drink a lot of water and eat fruits like dalandan or green orange, probably drink calamansi juice as well.

It could be due to the weather changes. Just drink a lot of water and take Vitamin C or fresh fruit juices.

Are you not confused with the English language? Why is the nose runny when it has no feet? And why does feet smell when they have no nose?
