Will you pause to remember the vets on Memorial Day?

I just said a quick prayer for all who have served and died for their country. It is good to look beyond the barbecues and parties to what this day, slash weekend is really all about. Of course, most of the vets were probably cool people, who are glad people are celebrating. If you aren't going to pray,,,maybe raising a glass to the servicemen and women of all branches is in order.

of course I will. I was lucky enough to have 2 grandfathers who came home from WW2 service but I always remember those who weren't as lucky.

Yes, I have a cousin in Afghanistan. He has been lucky as he has had 3 or 4 overseas tours.
