A great all-purpose burger and fry sauce

I don't like ketchup but I still wanted to have some kind of sauce to have on my burger and in which to dip my fries. This is what I have: mostly mayo, a fair amount of sweet relish, and sriracha to taste. You can also add kosher salt, black pepper, and even fresh lemon juice to taste if you really want to amp up the flavor. Mix everything well, let it sit together in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can meld, and then add to your burgers or use with your fries. YUM! You're welcome.
