I dislike football and have no interest in the upcoming season. In fact, I find the excessive promotion and talk about football tiresome. But that's just me in a small minority.

I agree with you John but football is the only game in town after baseball season ends I will just have to either ignore the hype or roll with the punches this year again.

@Deepizzaguy Baseball ends in early October. Just a short wait until the NBA Nov 1.

@snowy22315 true but sadly, I'm not part of those people who make money!
I end up with more losses than wins in fantasy football.

I am a great fan of the Tennessee Titans and I will watch them if they win enough games for hope they can get in the finals, but if not, I probably will choose the NE Patriots.

Even though I will in Southwest Louisiana the two teams that have their football games televised in our region are the Houston Texans and the New Orleans Saints. I am getting ready for some football despite the negative reports coming from ESPN about the retired players dying due to head related injuries.

@snowy22315 I can understand the mainstream media making a big deal of gymnasts getting injured but I just wonder why ESPN is biting the hand that feeds their network like football?
