Still Overcast but I Feel Great

The nap refreshed me and now very soon is
;lunch time. After lunch I am going to get
busy here and do notifications and interact
and even post.
Here I am back from lunch and it was a
really good one Vietnamese Pork sandwich
and french fries, Ambrosia for dessert.
lemonade and coffee.Almost too much
I ate half a dozen french fries and left
the rest. French fries and diabetes are
not a good match for controlling blood
sugar.
Getting lighter but the suns not all the
way out yet still not quite noon so?

I am getting hungry so this sounds really good. I love good fries. Soft so I can eat them and with a good flavor. Anything with pork is good in my opinion.

@Hatley .....Pork is my favorite. Sorry to hear you have a problem eating it. Fries can be ruined pretty easily.

I have worked to avoid fries, I can have a couple, but not many, because they arent great for me either

Sounds like a good lunch. We're getting ready to head to the park for my son's party it's overcast here as well just hope the rain holds off till tonight but it's nice anyways not so humid. Have a good afternoon.
