Good evening.We had a very wonderful walk this morning. The weather a bit cool.I wore my dungaree and sweat shirt. The walk was a mile.We or I completed it.Feel good about this. The mile is round trip.Nothing like enjoying nature out there. after our walk we stop in the city for coffee or cappuccino Mike and I had this and the others coffee. We sat out door enjoy the sight and people watching. They are doing over the downtown area and a great job. We had a great time and do it again.It is so nice to get out and do something different.Like I said.Life is Good.Get out there. The photo of me and Mike in a rare photo.As he does not like to get his picture took.

You make a wonderful looking couple, and it sounds like you had a nice time together this morning. The cooler weather is so nice to get out and enjoy walks isn't it?

The day was restful to the point of being boring. We stayed home and my husband watched a James Bond marathon in his Man Cave with the cat. (one of them anyway. . . the favorite)

Great picture! I'm glad you had a good walk. I celebrated by unpacking. Though I did make a shopping trip early this morning before the crowds hit the store.

The weather is getting cooler, you don't have to wear a big shirt, you can go out for a walk.Walking is a good exercise.but I also like running, at 8 o'clock every night, I will run a five kilometers.Then abdominal strength training.
