Beautiful Day - Too Tired To Care

I am just plumb exhausted. My mother is back over here at my house. She called Saturday and wanted us to pick her up and tae her over here.
I am always trying to look at the good side of life and she is looking at the other side. I am rally a positive person, she is not.
It is wearing me out trying to keep myself cheerful and happy. I typically stay away from negativity but I have now been put into a situation where I have to be with someone for whom the sun does not shine.
I am now so worn out that my body hurts and I have a constant headache. Ok, that’s enough of my feeling sorry for myself.
So, how is everyone’s day going? It is beautiful outside. I thin I will go out there enjoy Mother Nature and work on a new puzzle.

It's very nice here too,,,a bit on the warm side. I may do some work on my porch clean up today. It needs it!

I understand where you are coming from. Negative people can really bring others down and sometimes not even realize what they are doing. I woke up feeling like you, not really in the mood to do much of anything but things need doing. Enjoy doing your puzzle. Have a blessed day

What a bummer, I suppose the only thing you can do is try to be cheerful even when she isn't, maybe she'll either get the hint or possibly get angry ..... I'm lucky ma was always happy but she did expect me to like the things she did like fishing which I hate and she hated that I had to take pictures all the time.

@rebelann she doesn't seem to care if anyone else likes anything else. It is what she wants when she wants it. Oh well, they say the older you get the crankier you get. I must be getting older than I think, I sure am cranky at this point.

Oh my! I know exactly what you are going through living with someone who always see and think negative .. Fortunately, there is Mother Nature to comfort us ..

@HazySue bless yer heart 'n yer momma's, too. i'm the only young'un to look 'fter my momma, who thankfully don't need such 't this time. nah, ya can't truly ignore her, but perhaps can find ways to rid yerself 'f the stress?

@crazyhorseladycx I just try to ignore her attitude, her I pay attention to. Right now I wander outside to my deck to work on a puzzle from time to time, it seems t help me relax a bit. Thanks for all the hugs. You mom thankfully is still independent and that's great. My mom has always been a dependent person. You are an angel.

You poor thing. I'm in a situation similar to your. My husband had surgery 8 weeks ago, but it left him dependent on me. At least we both have positive natures. Go enjoy being outdoors. I take the cat outside for a breather several times a day.

Negative people suck the life out of you. It is hard to stay positive when somebody is always bringing you down. Enjoy working on your possible I hope it helps your relax a bit.

I'm tired too. But it's because I have been frustrated with a new computer monitor. But I think I finally figured it out.
