Three like minded people sure makes for a grease free, tasty feast. The cranberries in the cornbread stuffing really melded with the squash. The squash sliced prettily when I sliced into it. Room mate's egg rolls were scrumptious. She whipped up a cranberry date ginger dipping sauce that highlighted them amazingly. Hubby accidentally cooked the millet too long and made more of a mash than we'd thought good for pudding but that turned into a baked bread pudding. Super perfect- I'd mixed in orange juice and dates and figs. I dolloped coconut cream on each chunk. Oooooh. Rivaled cow cream. And hah. Those chocolate truffles. Addictive with a capitol A. Sweetened with dates. What's a holiday without a little chocolate lurking around?
