Beautiful Snowfall

I took the camera outside a few minutes ago to try to capture the snowflakes. The dots on the picture above are snowflakes. It's the best I can do as cameras just don't take pictures as well as the eye can see.
What you can also see is that we've gotten a good amount of snow since it started snowing yesterday and this will continue through tonight.

So pretty! I thought about going outside, too, but since I'm still coughing quite a bit, I figured I'd better stay in where I'm warm and dry. I did spend quite a bit of time sitting by the windows looking out at the gorgeous snowy scenes, though!

@CRK109 I'm sure it was. Our temps are getting warmer, but they will still be below freezing, so we won't lose our snow before Christmas. In fact we're getting more snow on Christmas along with ice, and that I don't want to see. An ice storm always spells trouble.

@just4him Incessant snowing leads to traffic jams, people reaching late to their offices. There are health hazards also. But having said that the first experience of snowfall is really romantic.

@sathviksouvik If you're going to drive crazy in this kind of weather, yes, that will happen. Getting where you need to go means allowing extra travel time for safety's sake. I love snow and winter and know how to be safe in it.

That's a very nice winter picture. Here too, we had some fresh snow. I'm kind of getting used now to fact that winter is here.
