One day I stayed at home alone prepared to do some house works after lunch. The weather was warm ,I felt very quiet during this time. Suddenly ,A big sound was heard from my house in front of door's window. I was shocked by the sound. I wonder what was happened? When I checked the door, I found a dead bird with yellow feather lay down on the ground in front of my door. The bird dead. Maybe I did not turn off my door's light. The bird saw wrong way to fly . I felt so sad about the bird.

Actually, thousands of birds are killed every day, by flying into glass windows, especially in big cities with tall buildings.

Birds will often do that. I have had it happen many times. Most times they just knock themselves out and then get up and fly away.

Birds often fly into our windows. We haven't had one killed yet but some have knocked themselves out.
