Getting Into a New Rhythm

I am having a hard time getting into the swing of things down here in Florida. I am used to having set times for exercise and right now we have not got that. We are doing some exercise but I miss our classes. I have to try to find some classes that we can take part in but my sleep has been a bit off and I am sleeping way later than at home. I feel tired all the time and can't seem to quite get it together. It has been less than a week so I know it will work out but it is taking a lot of effort.

I hope you can find some classes to suit, but even if you don't I'm sure that you'll settle down soon.

It took us time to adjust, too. The sea air knocked us out at first. Now we have found our rhythm. I just returned from my bike ride. Tomorrow will be my walk day.

What types of classes did you normally take? I bet I would be the same way, needing that structure in place. Where did you take the classes at?

We take three classes at the YMCA and one at the senior center. Here we have a YMCA but it is 13 miles away.

You should just give in to what your body is telling you and get caught up on your rest. You were a busy lady the month before you left home, so that's understandable. Then you'll feel more motivated to get involved and get a schedule going again.

We toured the YMCA and we have applied to get a spot in our exercise program here at our resort. Between them we should get back into a program that works.

I hope you are able to get in a routine soon. I am like that also, I do better with a set routine.

We are settling in well and now that we have decided to exercise in the evening instead of the morning it is working out well.

I think after your long drive you are still catching up with yourself. Take it easy and you will soon get into the swing!

It's been hard to get in the swing of things here too. I have too much to do and all i want to do is go to sleep.

Sometimes our body really needs to adjust; looks like it needs more rest too, and it really takes some effort to get moving again.
