I was walking back to my room when I met this resident with a jaunty smile and two artificial legs. I had been down and feeling sorry for myself and he said hi and I said hi now I felt stupid. My problems seemed pretty small compare to having to walk on artificial limbs. I now knew I was not all that bad off. ' He smiled at problems far worse than mine and I applauded him for the courage. Good for him. I learned' to be grateful again this afternoon' One original post and graphic by P Hatley 'copyrighted 2017 ' \'

When we see others that have more problems than we, our problems seem petty and we don't dwell on them so much. We are blessed in small ways Patsie. Big hugs to you.

There is always somebody worse off. He seems to be happy and getting along good so that it great. Sometimes we just need to have our eyes opened to be thankful for what we do have.
