Humans have eaten eggs for thousands of years. But in 1950s they were blamed to cause heart disease. What is the truth about eggs??
How should the chickens be raised, to deliver healthy eggs?
I read an interesting article about this, written by Dr Al Sears
Update..Here is some more that may surprise you.. http://www.alsearsmd.com/confidential_cures/2017-january-confidential-cures-nl-final.pdf

I don't see anything wrong with daily egg consumption, especially if we're talking boiled eggs. I've seen people grow old and well without thinking so much of low-fat diet.

It seems the eggs are good for us, and the good fats too. I eat coconut oil every day and organic butter..

According to a news report on YouTube, she eats 3 eggs, two of them raw, every single day and eats very little fruit or vegetables. Just the thought of eating raw eggs makes me sick.

@buenavida I think some athletes eat raw eggs but I don't have a stomach for that now. When I was young we had our own chickens and we would make a little hole in the shell and siphon the egg but now the thought of it is unwelcoming.

@buenavida "When mainstream medicine declared its brutal and foolish war on cholesterol, the collateral damage included a superfood that had been a critical part of our primal diet since the very beginning of the human species." (quotation from website) Do you really believe what he says?

It seems all eggs are not the same. Some eggs are organic, and maybe much healthier.

Well darn, looks like I won't be living long because I'm allergic to eggs...Haha! It changes all the time. The most important thing about living a long life is to be happy! Do not let such little things stress you out and sure eating healthy is always a plus, doing good things to your body helps too, but being happy helps people thrive.
