How often do you eat eggs?

For awhile, eggs were not promoted for people due to the cholesterol, nowadays, it is safe to eat eggs, although perhaps no more than 6 per week. Do you eat eggs on a regular basis? I would say I eat them maybe once or twice a week. I had some this morning as a matter of fact. How many eggs do you think you eat per week?

I do not eat eggs every day, but we surely eat more than we think, because eggs are in cookies, pies, ice creams, noodles and many prepared food.

@snowy22315 Yes and those are not bad things, hydrogenated fats are the worst.

Eggs have both good and bad cholesterol, so I guess you can eat as many as you want! The yolk is also rich in vitamins, I wish I had them daily, but I probably have them a few times per week.

I would say I use them more in baking than anything else.

I have always eaten eggs 4-5 times a week. I eat butter, too, rather than margarine. I pay no attention to what they say is bad or good for me because they're always changing it so that tells me they have no idea what they're talking about.

I eat an average of 0 to 2 eggs per day, not to mention that some things we eat also contain eggs like cookies, cakes, fried rice etc...

Every few weeks I have scrambled eggs mainly because of having to eat them up before spoilage.

I bought 18 when I was at the store, as it was a good price. I do use them often when baking though..so I don't think they will go to waste. I think I have used 8 already..

I don't smell them much actually..only if they are going bad or something, at which point they need to be ditched immediately!

Eggs are very common food for us. I often eat them. I will eat them about three times a week. If you are worried about the cholesterol, you can eat the egg white rather than the egg yolk.

I'm not an egg lover so unless they are baked in a cake I'd have to say NEVER

I wouldn't eat many a week but I don't limit myself. We mostly have them if we're too tired or too late to make a proper meal then we'll just have poached or scrambled eggs.

I eat scrambled eggs and/or an omelet almost every morning. Fun Fact is that natural cholesterol and saturated fats don't cause heart disease. Most of the cholesterol in our bodies comes from our liver and not the foods we eat. Also, children should never be put on low-fat diets unless of medical reason because the natural good fats and cholesterol play a very important role in their brain development.

I suspect fatty liver's are in part caused by diet, but I am not a nutritionist. Trans fats are not good for anyone to eat, but eggs do not have those. Partially hydrogenated things do.

There is always a stock of eggs in our fridge and eggs are regularly consumed in various forms - cannot get an actual account.

Once or twice a month. One or two for egg salad or sliced egg sandwiches.
