I could pretty much talk about anything but I hate discussing politics and religion. I could sit here and talk about how the sun is shining on the snow and it looks so pretty this morning or I could talk about how wonderful my first cup of coffee tastes or I could talk about all the things I want to do today but probably won't or I could talk about the book I'm reading or I could talk about the shows I have on my DVR which I haven't had time to watch or I could talk about food, recipes etc or I could talk about what household chores I don't mind doing and which ones I hate or I could talk about crafts or see....I have a wide variety of things and I haven't even gotten into the subject of my family which make my world go round How about you? What do you like to talk about

I talk like a magpie with my friends, including religion and politics. Here I talk about my life, travels, pets, or whatever is light and meaningful to me. Hope others are as interested.

I always find your posts interesting and you talk about a wide variety of things. However, I do get jealous when you talk about your Florida sunshine I tend not to discuss politics even with my family or friends since we all have such different opinions.

I like to think I could talk about anything . . . but I guess it's easier for me to think of things I don't want to talk about . . . religion and politics for sure I would not want to discuss at all. If it's a subject that I am deeply passionate about, I might talk your ear off about it .

@Marilynda1225 Once and a while I make a minor comment about it - but otherwise I won't start a post like that nor get too deeply into the subject in a comment. Yes, too much controversy - and sometimes those conversations will end up nasty.

I'm pretty much happy to talk about anything but I steer clear of any discussions (here or in person) about religion and politics. Too much controversy

I usually talk about what is going on in my little corner of the world. I guess it is probably boring but it's my life and I like to share! I don't to religion or politics or kids or make up or home schooling or things I have no interest in.

I do like to cook and bake but I feel you have conquered the baking field with those beautiful breads and pies you show us pictures of. I love music but country is my favorite genre and no I don't have a record collection anymore. Once music was able to be downloaded or went to CD's I gave up my records.

Good morning. Like you I can talk about almost anything, with a reasonable amount of enthusiasm and intelligence. I avoid political and religious discussion. Funny though, I can easily read a book about religion of politics, but discussions generally derail as no one really wants your opinion...they just want you to agree with them.

I agree 100% that most people just want you to side with them on their opinions regarding religion and politics. That's why I hate to get involved in those types of discussions here or in person with friends or family. I'd rather talk about other stuff

Well, there are many topics I can talk about but among my favorites are travel and books. I feel alive whenever we talk about different countries and people from different parts of the world. I also love talking about different stories. I also don't like politics. I also don't like talking about news.

@Marilynda1225 Traveling is much better than reading books. I can only travel once to two times a year. I have demanding jobs and aside from that, traveling requires money.

I've learned a lot about different countries from being here on myLot. Things I would never have known except by reading and talking about it. I love books but have never been able to travel much for various reasons.

I keep my political and religious views to myself as well. I love to taklk about nature, photography, hiking, fishing, camping. I could talk for hours about my kids, who make me so proud every day. Lots of things.

I could talk about anything including politics. I don't like to talk about religion because I don't believe in it so it just pisses me off.

Hahaha family is an important part but no need to talk about them whole day. I always like to talk about sports especially badminton. I am a talkative girl. I could talk about my favourite sports stars endlessly.

The thing about politics and religion is that you don't run out of words, give any amount of time.. But tbe little things u mentioned, they finish off sooner..

Mostly I talk about my kids, or my past experiences, or upcoming plans. I don't mind discussing politics or religion if we can keep it as a discussion and not a debate.

I think that what I'm doing, and my family, are usually what I like to talk about. My family are my true passion in life so that is why I like to talk about them, what I'm doing is usually thrown into the mix just because.......
