That's an awesome shot... I got one shot I love of my Collie Braedyn who jumped in front of my camera as I was taking a shot for tulips... this is what I got (have to post the link because I am at work and this is the only place I have access to the photo at) He's tasting the flowers I guess.
A unique view of the tulip gardens at Elizabeth Park In Hartford Ct. this one throws in a little Tongue! Makes for a WTH?! view for onlookers :)

If you were downsizing your photos, I don't think you still have to do that to upload them. Many of us have noticed that the pages seem to take longer to load than they used to even if we don't get the loading error. I don't know whether they are readjusting the posts on the right but many times I can see the title but no picture, right now neither are showing up, but I do see your photos so that's the main thing.
Yesterday or maybe it was on the 15th there were times in the day when the post photo didn't load right away and that was odd too. But, that seems better now.

@rebelann Sometimes you can adjust the camera to size them smaller when taking the pictures in the first place. I did that when writing on bubblews and still use what was allowed there.
What I meant was that you don't need to resize them smaller than you were already doing previously to the day this week when it got messed up. Many were sizing them down to around 59 kb rather than the 1mb that used to work before.
