Cat was being taunted and he didn't even know it!

So, there is a squirrel that often hangs out on my deck like it is second home. Cat safely inside loves to chatter at, and tell the squirrel in his mind what he would like to do to him. Anyway, today cat was sleeping in the sunbeam on a rug..and squirrel was sitting on the back deck rail calmly eating a nut. I tried to tell cat about the invasion..but he just blinked at me sleepily..and went back to his nap!

@DianneN yeah they definitely sleep more than people but they usually have one ear kind of on alert.
