The weatherman didn't make me very happy with his report this morning. It looks like early Wednesday morning a front will be pushing through with heavy rain and, yes, the potential for a tornado or two (his words).
The only thing good about that is it will be daylight when it happens. Those storms always seem worse when they happen at night. They will be updating the information as they get it, but I'm already in 'tornado mode' and will have all my emergency items ready.
March 1st is Wednesday - in like a lion....

March is coming in like a lamb here..but it is going to get cold shortly afterward..In fact this weekend they said the low's may be in the 20's.so eventually we get the "lion" weather too.

It will be 70 Wednesday - which isn't bad temperature -wise...It's cloudy and in mid-50's right now.

Last night on our hill it was all ice. The road crew went up and down 4 times salting it and then at about 5 am they were out there breaking the ice up. School was not delayed so it must have been only this hill that was effected for some reason.

Maybe there was a broken pipe on that road that caused it. Strange only one place froze.

That's scary @AbbyGreenhill where I live it's the sand storms we get but they're not always as bad as all that provided the winds aren't more than 50mph.
