The long - and boring - waiting. / myLot

Today, it seems that the whole world has decided to go to the bank to pay the bills or solve some problem. I really hadn't seen so many people in the bank in a long time. Usually I never spent more than 25/30 minutes in a row... Today I spent almost 60 minutes.

I think the employees were very lazy today.

I spent about 45 mins in line at the bank the other day. Fortunately, I got an email Satisfaction Survey a few days later. I let them have "a piece of my mind."

I find that they do not put enough tellers on at times so that is why the lines can be so long. That is what happens at the grocery store when they do not have enough clerks.

That's a very long time to spend waiting in a queue. I'm sure you would have been fed up by the time you got to be served.

I haven't had that problem in quite a while. However, when I used to have to go to the bank around payday, I would often have to wait for about an hour in line, so I knew that I would have to eat lunch in line to get back to work relatively on time.
