Hey everyone! I hope your all doing well. I missed the post yesterday so I am doing it today instead. Josiah Elijah is one month old! Isn't it crazy how fast time goes? I can hardly believe I had him a month ago already.
I know the newborn stage goes so fast so I am trying to treasure every moment. Also taking lot's of pictures. =)
I am looking forward to more sleep though when he gets older. I think my husband is having a harder time with me not sleeping than I am since he has to deal with my emotional self. He said to me this morning that he hates not being able to make me happy anymore-he said I cry more than I smile now a days. =(
It's not him or my family. I am just exhausted. I explained that to him but I'm not sure if he believes me or not...

Wow hard to believe he is a month old already time sure does fly. I hope you will be able to get more sleep very soon. Sometimes men don't understand what our bodys go through after having a baby. I hope things get better for you soon

@LovingMyBabies Right but we're you like this with your oter kids when you had them? Because we know each one is different. I hope your son is doing good after getting the spot drained on his leg.

@Tina30219 Yeah I was always exhausted and emotionally drained. That's why I don't understand where his confusion is coming from...

@Tina30219 I know! It went by so fast. Thank you, I hope so too. Sadly he doesn't understand and I feel like he should by now. This is our fifth child! Thanks. =)

I am sure it is hard on him because he puts it all on himself to make you happy. No matter what you say he will feel that way becausr he loves you so much. Things will be so much better when you get more sleep. Josiah is adorable.

@Happy2beme Yeah your right. We have been down this road so many times I just expect him to know and understand I guess-maybe that's a little unfair of me. I should consider his feelings more as well.

Sleep deprivation can make you very emotional. I remember when my twins were infants I didn't get more than 3 hours of sleep every night. Once I managed to get a couple more hours here and there it got a little better.

@Elusivebutterfly Yeah that's all I get each night as well. I'm just tired. Once I can sleep more my emotions will improve again too. Thank God!
