What's for dinner? March 27

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! We are having skirt steak seasoned with Trader Joe's BBQ rub. I just love skirt steak and the rub is really delicious. Yum! To go with it we are having baked potatoes (white for my husband and sweet for me), sauteed mushrooms, and sauteed baby spinach. Gotta love a diet that lets you have steak and potatoes! That's what's happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

We'll be doing pizza at a local parlor for a benefit tonight. Trader Joe's has so many excellent products!

I had a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese, tomato, spinach, pickles, and ketchup on a whole wheat bun with baked tater tots and a Dr. Pepper. For lunch, I had Alfredo with whole grain noodles, garlic, red peppers, and Italian seasoning, garlic bread, and a piece of roast beef.

That sounds great! I am headed to work but made a boring salad - spinach cucumbers and tomatoes. I need to go grocery shopping. Lol. Have a good one!

That sounds good. I had chicken finger-shaped tenders with corn, Aldi's Splash berry blend juice and water to drink.

@NJChicaa They were from Aldi's Kirkwood chicken tenders. They're called chicken fries on the packaging. Not too processed.
