Writing a check off list - the day of our road trip!

In the morning, my fiancé & I will be taking a mini road day trip!
Essentially it's a 3 in 1 day trip:
- Getting our car detailed & coated with another layer of clear coat from the dealership - that will take 4-5 hours
- In the meantime, we are going to get our taxes filed!
- & Afterwards, we will stop by and enjoy eating out and probably stop by a new bakery or tea spot!
And of course being the forgetful one. I made a check off list just encase. Do you often make check off lists? Any similar items as me? Or any strange things you have on your list?
Yes, I carry around plastic utensils in my purse, my fiancé prefers them.

Those are essentials. I won't forget my purse! It has all that but I will be switching my purse out on the morning for a lighter and bigger one to fit the iPad.

I do make check lists. We're going on vacation in 2 weeks and you can bet I'll have a check list of what to pack/bring.. I probably won't start until a few days before hand though.

@LadyDuck I am forgetful to grab the list. I used to write in a notebook then that made my purse more heavy than it already is

@infatuatedbby I always write my list on paper, it stays on my desk until I am ready to go out, at that moment I put the list inside my bag.

@jobelbojel I like that! I do love the beach, the pool and the rivers! I wish I have your enthusiasm and energy! But, I am a cold person. Rain and snow are my nature extensions. If I could, I would squeeze myself to fit in the fridge or live in the bath tub. I am a mermaid at heart but not under the burning sun. lol.

I don't bring utensils but buy disposable ones when I get to my destination. Your idea can save me on that. Enjoy your road trip.

It's pouring rain here, I really don't want to go out, but I need groceries and I want some sort of sweet bakery item as well. your post reminded me I want a sweet pastry.

Its a good thing you made your list on your phone. There's no danger that you will forget it. I used to make all my lists in a piece of paper but I always somehow forget all about where I put it or just left it at home that I have to make to do to what I remember and just go with my got and hoping I didnt forget anything. Last month I downloaded TODO app just for my lists.

Thanks! Mostly errands first and fun later when dining out to eat and visiting a new spot for a bakery or treat is always my favorite
