Because I had been weighing
around 184
I was really a bit nervous
when asked o get
wigh but I did and was
surprised I was now
down to 176 and mentally
I cut off four pounds
are the four pound steel
brace on my left lleg
so its actually 172 I have
been cutting back
on how much I eat
and I'm losing hurray
now to get out and
walk more.
your take mylotters is that
not good to lose that much?

As long as you are feeling well and enjoying your food, I think it is good that you are losing if it makes you happy. Weight is after all just a number. Good health doesn't have a number.

@Hatley yes but I find as I get older I look better with a little extra, when I lose my skin hangs lol

Well done! If you're trying to lose weight and you haven't done it too quickly then that's good
You weigh less than me, I'm about 180lbs, I've lost 2lbs in the last three weeks and I'm aiming to lose about 40lbs by the end of the year

That is great Patsie. Walking is a good form of exercise too. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be fine.
