Back from Pilates practice at the gym

Well I'm back a bit belatedly from Pilates practice at the gym. It was another fabulous evening to go to Pilates this evening. Perfect weather and another great class with one or two newest members. Our prop du jour was the Pilates resistance band. Here's what we did in class today: 5 Arm Raises 2 100s Cycles (1 on stomach, 1 on back) 5 Single Leg Stretches 5 Double Leg Stretches 5 Criss-Crosses 10 Semi-Circle Leg Raises (5x/side) 6 Straight Arm Side Planks (3x/side) 3 Straight Arm Planks (Left side) 6 Bent Arm Side Planks (3x/side) 4 Straight Arm Planks (Right side) 2 Sidekick Series (1x/side) 6 Mermaid Stretchovers (3x/side) 2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) 6 Single Leg Circles (3x/side) 6 Double Leg Circles (3x/both directions) 6 Double Leg Taps (3x/side) 1 Swimming Cycle 2 Bridge Poses 4 One-Legged Bridge Poses (2x/side) 12 Peel-ups (4 small, 4 regular, 4 full, 4 head) I think that's all I can think of for class. On the way back from class, I met one of my neighbors on my block Joanne. She mentioned to me about Wednesday's night storm as I told her how it killed my cell phone. She told me, if I ever needed her home at a safe house from any storm, I can just stop by and wait for it to end. That was nice of her. 6 Mermaid Ste

No rack for my Pilates class. That's more experienced and an expensive class. It's just stretching your body to the side by swinging your arms over twice. Funny Arthur.

I am thinking about yoga because I do have a bad back and I will not do shots and all that.
