It's one veggie I hated to eat when I was a kid but now it's my favorite because I am a lazy cook we can simply boil/steam it and dip in soy sauce or we can add it to sour soup or sauté mix with other fruit veggies like bitter gourd, eggplant, squash, and cowpea or in coconut milk with shrimps.
