I never had fresh okra before. I never tasted it because i bought a package of frozen and when i too it out of the package i was all slimy and disgusting and i threw it out not even heating it/. I don't think we have a lot of fresh okra here. I went to the Farmer's market last Thursday, and i looked at all the vendors, and not one had it Red raspberries were quite popular as i noticed everybody had them!

It's one veggie I hated to eat when I was a kid but now it's my favorite because I am a lazy cook we can simply boil/steam it and dip in soy sauce or we can add it to sour soup or sauté mix with other fruit veggies like bitter gourd, eggplant, squash, and cowpea or in coconut milk with shrimps. Yummy!
